2 to 3:30 p.m. Free Legal Clinic: open to parties with no attorney, held by telephone, hosted through Fort Morgan Public Library. Volunteer attorneys, by phone, will answer questions, help fill out forms and explain the process and procedure for all areas of civil litigation, including family law, property law, probate law, collections, appeals, landlord-tenant law, small claims, veteran’s issues and civil protection orders.
