Terry Levene, who as the head of Aquarius Releasing was behind such schlock films as Doctor Butcher, Medical Deviate, died Jan. 13 in Englewood, New Jersey. He was 90.
Rita McKenzie,
who starred in the history-making one-woman stage show Ethel Merman’s Broadway, died
Feb. 17 in Los Angeles. She was 76.
Ben Lanzarone, who wrote music for Dynasty and Happy Days, died Feb. 16 of lung cancer in Los Angeles. He was 85.
Alec Mills, a camera operator or cinematographer on seven James Bond films, died Feb. 12 in England. He was 91.
