July 6

After completing their investigation, Police arrested Kerry Holder, 30, of Kutztown, for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol or a Controlled Substance, Driving Under Suspension, Traffic Control Signals, Safe Speed, Careless Driving and Certificate of Inspection Required following an incident that occurred at the intersection of E. Main Street and Constitution Boulevard.

Police investigated the report of Theft after an item was reported missing following an incident that occurred at a residence in the 100 block of Pine Street.

July 11

After completing their investigation, Police arrested Lillian Finsel, 27, of Kempton, for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol or a Controlled Substance and for Careless Driving following an incident that occurred at the intersection of W. Main and N. Whiteoak Streets.

After completing their investigation, Police arrested David Van Duren, 55, of Kempton, for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol or a Controlled Substance, Careless Driving and for Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana following an incident that occurred at the intersection of W. Main Street and Constitution Boulevard.

Police are investigating the report of Graffiti Vandalism to the sidewalk, a pole and downspout located at Shorty’s Bar, 272 W. Main Street.
