‘Green Fire’ documentary at Hawk Mountain

Hawk Mountain Sanctuary will host a screening of the Emmy Award winning documentary “Green Fire: Aldo Leopold and a Land Ethic for Our Time” on July 27 at 6 p.m. in the Visitor Center Gallery. Light refreshments and discussion will follow. The event is of no charge courtesy of a generous donation from Brian and Sandra Moroney. Interested participants must call to register.

This is a special opportunity to explore Aldo Leopold’s life as the father of wildlife conservation and the U.S. wilderness system.
