‘Blind loyalty to a narcissist’

“The President of the Senate shall, in the presence of the Senate and House of Representatives, open all the certificates and the votes shall then be counted; The person having the greatest Number of votes for President, shall be the President,” reads the 12th Amendment to the U.S. constitution.

As clear as this statement is, there are those in the U.S. House of Representatives without the cogent ability to understand its meaning, or do they and still try and overturn an election?

Representative Lisa McClain of the 10th Congressional District (northern Macomb and Thumb area); Jack Bergman of the 1st District (Northern Michigan and the Upper Peninsula) and Tim Walberg 7th Congressional district (Jackson area) all put (allegiance) to their Fuhrer Donald Trump above the Constitution they gave an oath to uphold and defend. Their job was very simple; to count ballots, nothing more, and nothing less, not to contest an election.

McClain went as far as to state “If what I see on Wednesday further confirms the concerns voiced to me by folks in the 10th district, I will follow my Oath of Office and vote accordingly.” No Representative, your oath is to follow the Constitution, which is to oversee the counting of ballots and vote accordingly, not to contest a fair and legitimate election.

McClain also stated “In November, the American people watched as officials in several states, and even some courts, acted with political bias and drifted from the rule of Law.” Between Nov. 3 and Dec. 8 when electors were certified by the states was the time for you to contest the election. In fact, many Trump supporters did. With over 60 different courts in several contested states, all throwing out law suits with no merit because facts and evidence was not given. Even Trump’s lackey AG Barr said there was no fraud.

You three have not only embarrassed yourselves, but the voters in your districts and the State of Michigan. Because of your blind loyalty to a narcissist, I believe you are also complicit with the riots at the Capitol. Hopefully you will either resign or be recalled because it is obvious that your loyalty lies to your party and your Fuhrer and not with the Constitution or the people you’re supposed to represent.
