Dennis Aiona Kahula, Jr, “Braddah D”, 53, of Wailuku, passed away on October 27, 2020. He was born on January 23, 1967 in Hana, to Dennis Aiona, Sr. and Elizabeth Kahula. He was the 2nd of 5 children.

Dennis was a kind, gentle person, with a heart of gold, and a beautiful golden voice. His genuine, kind-heartednes­s will never be forgotten by all who knew & loved him. Dennis was a member of the Christian congregati­on of Jehovah’s Witnesses. Dennis Jr. is survived by his father Dennis Kahula Sr; siblings Napua Kahula, Nani (David) Wood, Joshua (Amy) Kahula, and Jenilene Sunderland; along with his nieces and nephews: Whitney (Almeida) Gonsalves; Lyrik, Belle & Aria Kahula; and Noah, Liz and Carter (Matthew) Sunderland. Dennis was predecease­d 23 years by his loving mother, Elizabeth Napuaokala­ni (Konohia) Kahula. He also leaves behind his beloved Kahula and Konohia ‘ ohana, as well as his many cherished friends, all of whom he truly loved.

Dennis deeply loved Jehovah God, his family, his ‘ohana, and his friends. We will all miss him dearly. Services for Dennis Kahula Jr. will be held at Ballard Family Mortuary on Saturday, December 12, 2020: DRIVE THROUGH SERVICES ONLY Family 9:30-10:00am Public 10:00am-1:00pm ***Due to COVID 19, the family requests that visitors PLEASE REMAIN IN THEIR CARS AT ALL TIMES.
