TODAY, SEPT. 14 FREE SCREENING OF ‘CHASING CORAL’ AT UH-MC

Organizing for Action is partnering with the Chasing Coral team and University of Hawaii Maui College Sustainabl­e Science Management to present the award-winning documentar­y “Chasing Coral” free at 5:30 p.m. in room 144 of the ‘Ike Le‘a Science Building on the college campus in Kahului. Research suggests that most of the world’s corals could perish within a few decades from rising temperatur­e and increased acidity without immediate action. A brief panel discussion will follow.
