THE

FOLLOWING SENTENCES for driving under the influence of intoxicati­ng liquor occurred during the period of April 6 to 12. The listings include the offender’s name, age, residence and charges. First offenders undergo a 14-hour alcohol abuse rehabilita­tion program, a substance abuse evaluation and a one-year license suspension with the ability to operate a vehicle if qualified for an ignition interlock device.

Wailuku District Court:

Jessica Beck, 32, Wailea; DUI (with passenger under age 15); two-day jail term, $650 fine.

Andrew Bouthillli­er, 50, Wailuku; DUI; $1,000 fine, plus fees.

Trevor Vincent Dray, 28, Kihei; DUI, driving without a license; $250 in fines, plus fees.

Jennifer Fialho, 25, Paia; DUI, inattentio­n to driving, accidents involving damage to vehicle or property, no insurance; $700 in fines, plus fees.

John Frenchik, 53, Kihei; DUI, driving without a license; $350 in fines, $474 in fees.

Basilio Gervacio, 51, Waiehu; DUI, lack of due care; $250 in fines, plus fees, two-year license revocation.

Ainsley Kaina, 20, Kahului; DUI, lack of due care, speeding; $750 in fines, $639 in fees, 108 hours of community service.

Kawika Sanchez, 20, Lahaina; DUI, lack of due care; $200 in fines, $437 in fees.

Adam Zimdars, 52, Kahului; DUI, lack of due care, no insurance; $150 fine, plus fees.

Lahaina District Court:

Michael Gaal, also known as Michael Gall, 31, Lahaina; DUI; $150 fine, plus fees.

Molokai District Court:

Dana Gomes, 36, Maunaloa; DUI, driving without a license; five-day jail term, $437 in fees.
