DUI SENTENCES

THE FOLLOWING SENTENCES for driving under the influence of intoxicati­ng liquor occurred during the period of Feb. 26 to March 5. The listings include the offender’s name, age, residence and charges. First offenders undergo a 14-hour alcohol abuse rehabilita­tion program, a substance abuse evaluation and a one-year license suspension with the ability to operate a vehicle if qualified for an ignition interlock device.

Wailuku District Court:

David Amor, 48, Makawao; DUI; $250 fine, plus fees.

Kealen Dow, 34, Kihei; DUI (second offense); $1,000 fine, plus fees, 240 hours of community service, two-year license revocation.

Enny Firhiraen, 31, Kahului; DUI; $250 fine, plus fees, two-year license revocation.

Faiva Fonohema, 50, Paia; DUI; $250 fine, plus fees.

Bernard Jarnesky, 54, Wailuku; DUI, exhibition of speed; $1,000 in fines, plus fees.

Vaituuloa Puteni, 24, Napili; DUI (second offense), leaving the scene of an accident involving damage to vehicle or property; $1,200 in fines, plus fees, 240 hours of community service, two-year license revocation.

Jeffrey Stewart Vasquez, 28, Napili; DUI; $250 fine, plus fees.

Angel Ramirez, 20, Wailuku; DUI (drugs), lack of due care; $350 in fines, plus fees, two-year license revocation.

Malia Wase, 37, Wailuku; DUI; $250 fine, plus fees.

Lahaina District Court:

Clayton Southard, age unavailabl­e, Lahaina; DUI; $250 fine, plus fees, two-year license revocation.
