THE FOLLOWING SENTENCES for driving under the influence of intoxicati­ng liquor occurred during the period of June 13 to 17. The listings include the offender’s name, age, residence and charges. First offenders undergo a 14hour alcohol abuse rehabilita­tion program, a substance abuse evaluation and a oneyear license suspension with the ability to operate a vehicle if qualified for an ignition interlock device.

Wailuku District Court:

Mackson Calep, 30, Kahului; DUI; $250 fine, plus fees.

Logan Davis, 30, Waihee; DUI; two-day jail term, $250 fine, plus fees,18-month driver’s license revocation.

Shannon Kamakaokal­ani, 32, Haliimaile; DUI, inattentio­n to driving; two-day jail term, $350 in fines, plus fees, 18-month driver’s license revocation.

Christian Keahi, 25, Waiehu; DUI, open container; $350 in fines, plus fees.

Christophe­r Lipman, 42, Wailea; DUI; $250 fine, plus fees.

Selena Mendes, 21, Kihei; DUI, inattentio­n to driving; $350 in fines, plus fees.

Gianna Rossi, 41, Paia; DUI; $250 fine, plus fees.

Emilio Gonzales Santiago, 31, Kahului; DUI; $250 fine, plus fees.

Lolohea Mahe, 39, Kahului; DUI (second offense), driving while license was suspended or revoked; seven-day jail term, $1,250 in fines, plus fees, twoyear driver’s license revocation.

Erik Reily, 44, Victor, Idaho; DUI (highly intoxicate­d); two-day jail term, $250 fine, plus fees, 18-month driver’s license revocation.

Trevor Sfara, 43, Lahaina; DUI (highly intoxicate­d); twoday jail term, $250 fine, 18month driver’s license revocation.

Sherwin Sylvester, 37, Kahului; DUI; $250 fine, plus fees.

Lahaina District Court:

Nicole Auletta, 47, Napili; DUI (highly intoxicate­d); twoday jail term, $250 fine, plus fees, 18-month driver’s license revocation.
