Standing together for Mendocino

-

EDITOR: It is with great pleasure that we announce our “Community Slate for the Mendocino City Community Services District” Board of Directors, where voters will decide how to fill four critical seats in the General Election this Nov. 3, 2020.

As full-time residents, the four of us and our families are grateful for Mendocino’s remarkable setting, warm community, and valuable services. The MCCSD is one of those services, and we’re excited to give back by applying our collective experience to the efforts of its Board.

We’re running together for the MCCSD because of a shared commitment to three fundamental and overlapping priorities for the District: meeting the community’s needs, promoting sustainability and environmental stewardship, and delivering essential services. We understand community input makes the District stronger. We believe in protecting our environment and planning for community resilience to climate change. And, as residents ourselves, we’re committed to ensuring reliable, affordable services. Please join us in standing together for Mendocino by voting for all four of us by mail or on Nov. 3!
