Policemen deserve everyone’s respect

The Democrat National Convention featured the mothers of black sons who were shot or killed by policemen. The platform given to these women was incredibly irresponsible. Their appearance seemed to be for the purpose of perpetuating the false narrative that the approximately 900,000 policemen serving our communities are racists, especially to the black population, and worthy of not being respected. Lives of people of all colors are served by this admirable profession. Sadly, it is a very dangerous job. The profession should not be targeted by politics.
