July 24 A man caught vandalizin­g a wall with spray paint and photograph­ing his work was arrested. The vandal, a 27-year-old Monte Sereno resident, was believed responsibl­e for incidents at multiple businesses. 15549 Union Ave., 4:40 a.m. Saturday A 35-yearold Tulare woman and work furlough escapee was arrested on suspicion of possession of a stolen vehicle, grand theft of property and probation violation. High School Court, 9:28 a.m. Saturday Police arrested a 19-year-old Saratoga man who had an outstandin­g warrant for making death threats and for possession of a controlled substance and drug parapherna­lia. Lytton Avenue andWaverle­y Street, 9:56 p.m. Saturday A stolen vehicle report was taken. 1100 block of Great Mall Drive, 12:12 p.m. Sunday A robbery occurred. 100 block of Marylinn Drive, 3:17 p.m. Sunday A driver was arrested after the officer who pulled him over for a traffic violation recognized a familiar odor oozing from the car. The 26year-old San Jose resident was subsequent­ly booked on suspicion of possession and transporta­tion of marijuana for sale, for driving without a license and providing a false name, and probation violation.
