SUNNYVALE

1000 block of South Bernardo Avenue, 11 a.m. Aug. 19 A juvenile who knocked on the door of a residence to make sure no one was home and then, once inside, made haste after confronting the homeowner, was located and arrested on Monday.

800 block of Rubis Drive, 10 a.m.-2:10 p.m. Aug. 19 A wallet and cash were stolen from a residence. Entry was made through a side garage door that was forced open.

1200 block of West Washington Avenue, 2:26 a.m. Saturday Two people on bikes seen trying to open car doors were located near Mary and California avenues and arrested. Both were in possession of drugs and burglary tools and had a stolen package.

400 block of Carneros Avenue, 4:20 a.m. Saturday Bikes were reported stolen from an unlocked garage.

300 block of Santa Diana Terrace, 6:30 a.m. Sunday An unlocked garage was entered overnight. Bicycles were reported stolen in the morning.
