Jiyeon Chun, a sophomore at Leigh High in San Jose, has won the congressional art competition in Rep. Anna Eshoo’s 18th Congressional District. Her pastel-and-watercolor piece, “Friendship,” was chosen from among 87 student entries in the 18th District.
