Directed by Marc Webb. “Whose Streets?” (R): This documentar­y looks at how the killing of 18-yearold Mike Brown in Ferguson, Missouri, inspired a community to fight back and sparked a global movement. “Wind River” (R): An FBI agent teams with a veteran game tracker to try to solve a murder on a Native American reservatio­n near Jackson Hole, Wyoming.
