Local: Where can you watch the royal wedding on a movie screen?

Want a good look at every lacy stitch in Meghan Markle’s dress? Every bead of sweat on Prince Harry’s brow? Every raised eyebrow from any member of the royal family?

Then head to the movie theater Saturday to watch the pomp and circumstan­ce on the big screen.

FathomEven­ts and Britbox are teamingup topresent the three-hour, 30-minute ITVcoverag­e of “Harry & Meghan: TheRoyalWe­dding.” It’s commercial-free.

Coverage will air at 10 a.m. Saturday at eight Bay Area theaters. Outside the Bay Area, theaters inMonterey, Manteca, the Sacramento area and Reno also will broadcast thewedding.

Tickets can be purchased at www.fathomeven­ts.com or participat­ing box offices. Theaters participat­ing are subject to change, Fathom says. Your best bet is to purchase early or check with the movie theater in advance.
