Church restraining order is right move by county
As a person who believes in Catholicism, I believe the county’s judgment on putting a restraining order on the church is just (“Court orders church to stop holding large indoor services,” Page B1, Nov. 3).
There is no need to risk lives with attending these in-person services as it should be the strength of a person’s faith and not how close you are to a church. Although I do not agree with the church’s decision in holding indoor services over the limit, according to an article from CBN News, the church has yet to have a case of COVID-19.
I would like to mention that there was a slight confusion as I was reading through the article. The mention of the church holding services with 600 people could have been clarified by mentioning the maximum capacity of the church itself. I had to look it up because I did not know and would have thought that statement was an exaggeration.
