Award electoral votes by district for fairness
Jerry Mungai, in Letters, Nov. 10, defended the Electoral College as fair (“Electoral Collage needed to give small states voice”).
Another letter from Jerry Meyer made a better point (“Electoral College is not the problem”): Award electoral votes by district, not by state. People are souls, states are not. Whatever is closest to being representative of souls is best.
