Trump’s crimes animate assault on Congress

I believe President Trump has committed sedition, if not treason, by his acts, culminating in the storming of the U.S. Capitol. Vice President Mike Pence needs to move to remove Trump at once.

Furthermore, Trump did not speak in his capacity as president, since it was to further his aims of being elected or personal activities, so his actions are not protected by his office. He needs to be removed and prosecuted in criminal court for his actions. It is time for Americans to stand up and say something if they believe in their country. Silence is not an option.
