It didn’t take Brian McKnight long to find success. His first six albums, starting with his eponymous debut of 1992, have all been certified gold or better. His commercial high point was 1999’s “Back at One,” which went triple platinum. McKnight performs Friday at the Montalvo Arts Center in Saratoga.
