The Noise Pop festival has delivered some terrific shows over its 25 year history. Here are some of the top acts and events in this year’s lineup. For tickets, festival badges and other informatio­n, visit www.noisepop.com.

Dawes: The acclaimed Los Angeles folk-rock outfit, led by gifted vocalist Taylor Goldsmith, hits town in support of its fifth studio outing, “We’re All Gonna Die.” Details: 8 p.m. Feb. 21; Fillmore, San Francisco; $29.50.

The Joy Formidable: The Welsh alt-rock trio, featuring vocalist-guitarist Rhiannon “Ritzy” Bryan, bassist Rhydian Dafydd and drummer Matthew James Thomas, is pure dynamite in concert. Emily Jane White, Everyone Is Dirty and Split Single are also on the bill. Details: 8 p.m. Feb. 24; Swedish American Hall, San Francisco; $20-$24.

Los Campesinos!: This cool indie-pop band, which also hails from Wales, will be celebratin­g the release of its sixth studio effort, “Sick Scenes,” which hits stores on the same day as the band hits the Great American Music Hall in San Francisco. Crying, No Vacation and The Y Axes are also on the bill. Details: 8 p.m.; $20-$22.

Vince Staples: We keep waiting for his live show to measure up to his fine studio work. Hopefully, it will happen this time around for the talented Long Beach rapper. Kilo Kish is also on the bill. Details: 8 p.m. Feb. 25; Fox Theater, Oakland; $27.50.

Adia Victoria: Don’t miss this Nashvilleb­ased country-blues artist, whose sound was once described in Rolling Stone magazine as “PJ Harvey covering Loretta Lynn at a haunted debutante ball.” Madi Sipes & The Painted Blue, AhSa-Ti Nu and Pumpkin are also on the bill. Details: 8:30 p.m. Feb. 25; Bottom of the Hill, San Francisco; $13-$15. “Gary Nu man: Android in La La Land ”: This terrific documentar­y spotlights electronic music pioneer Numan, who is best known to the general public for the 1979 smash “Cars.” It’s shown as part of the Noise Pop film series.

Clipping: This experiment­al hip-hop trio out of Los Angeles features Oakland native Daveed Diggs, who, in case you haven’t heard, has been kind of busy lately, winning a Grammy for “Hamilton” on Broadway and working on acting projects ranging from TV’s “Black-ish” to the Netflix series “The Get Down” to the film “Wonder.” The trio headlines two shows at Noise Pop. Details: 7 p.m. Feb. 24 at Starline Social Club, Oakland (sold out); 8 p.m. Feb. 25 at Brick & Mortar Music Hall, San Francisco; $15.

Diet Cig: The New York indie-rock act’s forthcomin­g album is called “Swear I’m Good at This.” We couldn’t agree more. Diet Cig is very good indeed. Plush, joyride! and Shutups are also on the bill. Details: 8 p.m. Feb. 22; Brick & Mortar Music Hall, San Francisco; $13-$15
