Alta and Steve Elstad

Celebrate 40th Wedding Anniversary on March 27, 2017 Alta and Steve have lived and worked in The Valley for most of their married life. Their daughter Stephanie and many friends and family celebrate with them. They look forward to many more wonderful anniversaries!
