Caltrain parking capacity also needs upgrade

Caltrain electrification (Editorial, May 23) is long overdue. However, let’s make sure its utilization (doubling existing capacity — now “bursting at its seams”) isn’t compromised by inaccessibility, including lack of parking spaces (Mr. Roadshow, May 23). I am a longtime BART rider, and nothing was more frustrating than having to drive to Berkeley from Fremont for want of a parking place.
