Hollister community’s Grand Opening is September 23

- ADVERTORIAL PROVIDED BY CENTURY COMMUNITIES

The much-anticipated Cerrato community has its Model Grand Opening on Saturday, September 23, with five models available to tour. Cerrato’s eight one- and two-story plans (up to 3,015 square feet) offer three to five bedrooms with two- and three-car garages. Conveniently located by Highway 25, these new solar homes have plenty of flexibility and options to customize. Serene tree-lined streets and nearby parks, schools, shops and restaurants make Cerrato a setting that feels like home.

A leading national homebuilder recognized for its excellent customer service, Century Communities is unveiling Cerrato, along with two other communities in Northern California this year.

Cordelia, now preselling in Sand City, enjoys a rare vantage point high above Monterey Bay. This limited edition of nine homes (up to four bedrooms and 1,977 square feet) is close to the beach, surrounded by Sand City’s vibrant West End and blessed with spectacular ocean and mountain views.

Tierra at Monte Bella is an exciting new community coming to Salinas, built with intelligent neighborhood planning and an attractive street scene. Tierra begins presales in October.

Century’s existing communities — East Garrison, Summerfield, Village and Saddlebrook — are popular and continue to sell fast.

East Garrison in Monterey County is designed with opportunities to live, shop, play and explore in a villageinspired setting. Priced from the $400,000 range, its 244 acres include distinct neighborhoods within easy strolling distance of a planned town center. Cordell Hull Park features a basketball court, playground and large grass field. Sixacre Lincoln Park offers ballfields, picnic and barbecue areas. A future Arts District is planned to repurpose historic buildings into a vibrant cultural asset for the entire region.

Summerfield in Soledad boasts an inviting collection of some of the most sought-after singlefamily homes. Priced from the mid-$300,000 range, five single- and two-story plans range from 1,568 square feet to 2,636 square feet with up to seven bedrooms. The community’s ideal location also provides great local schools, parks, shopping and easy freeway access.

Village at Santa Ana in Hollister offers 10 inviting new home designs and two innovative collections of single- and two-story homes priced from the high $400,000 range. With up to five bedrooms and 2,954 square feet of thoughtfully designed living space, covered front porches and optional covered patios provide many opportunities for outdoors living. Flexible layout options include dens, retreats, lofts and bonus rooms.

Saddlebrook in Hollister is nearly sold out. Floor plans blend artful design with thoughtful space planning and include open kitchen/dining/living areas and private master suites. And by placing the garage access at the rear of the home, the community’s streetscape emphasizes each home’s charm and character rather than a sea of garage doors.

“Each home and neighborhood is thoroughly planned down to the smallest detail. It’s an all-encompassing approach to homebuilding that provides buyers with an extraordinary homeowner experience,” emphasizes James Fletcher, division president — Bay Area.
