Shooting, stabbing sends people to hospital

Four people were injured in a reported shooting and stabbing that occurred late Tuesday night on Senter Road, according to police.

At 11:49 p.m., San Jose police responded to the 2300 block of Senter Road after someone reported a shooting and stabbing, according to Officer Gina Tepoorten. Three men and one woman were taken to a hospital with injuries that are not life-threatenin­g, police said.

NBC Bay Area is reporting the incident occurred in a Vietnamese restaurant located in a strip mall at the intersecti­on of Senter and Tully roads. San Jose police would not confirm where the incident occurred.

Police said they have not identified any suspects. Police did not release any other details surroundin­g the incident.
