The former head of a company that provided security for Mariah Carey is preparing a lawsuit in which he alleges that the singer regularly referred to him as a Nazi, a skinhead, a KKK member and a white supremacist, TMZ is reporting.

Michael Anello also accuses Carey of sexually harassing him by exposing herself to him and performing “sexual acts with the intent that they would be viewed” by him, according to a draft lawsuit obtained by TMZ.

The complaints may stem from a dispute over payment, according to TMZ. Anello said his company worked for Carey from June 2015 to May 2017 but were stiffed for more than $200,000. They also allege they were denied another promised two years of work, which would have brought the company another $511,000.

Anello’s lawyer has told TMZ that the lawsuit is on hold, presumably because they are in settlement negotiations.

But it appears that if a settlement can’t be reached Anello is prepared to move forward with the allegations. They include Anello claiming Carey humiliated him and his colleagues by referring to them as members of hate groups, according to TMZ.

Anello said Carey “wanted to be surrounded with black guys, not white people.” With regard to the sexual harassment, Anello claims Carey summoned him to her hotel suite to get some luggage during a trip to Cabo San Lucas. When he got there, she was wearing a see-through negligee that was open. He said he tried leaving but she insisted he move the luggage. He said he left the room and there was no physical contact.

Carey’s representatives told TMZ that they had been in touch with Anello’s lawyer Monday to talk about paying certain invoices, though Anello isn’t yet satisfied. However, Carey’s representatives said they have “no information on the sexual harassment claim.”
