Keller scores in OT; Washington win streak stopped at 4
Clayton Keller scored 4:33 into overtime and the Arizona Coyotes rallied to beat the Washington Capitals 3-2 Friday night in Glendale, Ariz.
Arizona had lost seven in a row and 10 of 11. Firstplace Washington had won four in a row.
Arizona’s Christian Fischer had tied the game 2-2 with his ninth goal of the season with 1:01 to go in regulation.
Max Domi set up Keller’s game-winner, skating in from the left side and deking a defender. Philipp Grubauer stopped Domi’s shot, but Keller jumped on the rebound for his teamleading 13th goal.
CANADIENS 3, FLAMES 2 >> Byron Froese scored for the first time in 22 months and had an assist to lead visiting Montreal.
Nicolas Deslauriers and Brendan Gallagher also scored for Montreal, and Carey Price made 21 saves in his 12th straight start since returning from a
lower-body injury. The Canadiens are 8-3-1 since Price returned.
Froese opened the scoring midway through the first period for his first goal since Feb. 20, 2016, when he was with Toronto.
SABRES 4, FLYERS 2 >> Evander Kane had a goal and an assist as host Buffalo ended a three-game skid and won for just the fourth time in its last 20 games.

LEAFS STAR REVEALS CONCUSSION >> Maple Leafs star center Auston Matthews has been dealing with concussion symptoms after colliding with a teammate in a game earlier this month.
Matthews confirmed the nature of his latest injury Friday after participating in his first practice in two weeks. He has missed six games since a 4-3 win over Pittsburgh on Dec. 9, when he took an accidental hit to the head from Leafs defenseman Morgan Rielly. Matthews also missed four games in November with an upper-body injury.
Toronto is 2-4 in its latest stint without Matthews.
