Lennar’s Heritage Solaire grand opening today presents 12 brand-new model homes
Lennar is thrilled to celebrate its grand opening of the highly anticipated Heritage Solaire, an active adult masterplanned community for individuals age 55 and better. Offering three new neighborhoods of new home designs available — Eclipse, Larissa and Meridian — home shoppers are invited to attend the event to enjoy complimentary treats, refreshments, contests and model home tours.

Each new neighborhood at Heritage Solaire offers its own distinct collection of home designs. With 12 floor plans available in total, home sizes range from approximately 1,246 square feet to 2,713 square feet of living space, two to three bedrooms and three to three-and-a-half bathrooms.
This gated community will offer state-ofthe-art amenities for residential use at the Sol Centre, Heritage Solaire’s approximately 5,900-square-foot hub of social and recreational activities.
