Lennar’s Heritage Solaire grand opening today presents 12 brand-new model homes

Lennar is thrilled to celebrate its grand opening of the highly anticipate­d Heritage Solaire, an active adult masterplan­ned community for individual­s age 55 and better. Offering three new neighborho­ods of new home designs available — Eclipse, Larissa and Meridian — home shoppers are invited to attend the event to enjoy compliment­ary treats, refreshmen­ts, contests and model home tours.

Each new neighborho­od at Heritage Solaire offers its own distinct collection of home designs. With 12 floor plans available in total, home sizes range from approximat­ely 1,246 square feet to 2,713 square feet of living space, two to three bedrooms and three to three-and-a-half bathrooms.

This gated community will offer state-ofthe-art amenities for residentia­l use at the Sol Centre, Heritage Solaire’s approximat­ely 5,900-square-foot hub of social and recreation­al activities. Facilities will include gathering rooms, a catering kitchen and bar area, sleek fitness center, aerobics room, a Junior Olympics-size pool, spa, pickleball courts, barbecue areas, community garden, green open space and more.

Every new home will showcase Lennar’s signature Everything’s Included program, which includes stylish features and designer upgrades at no additional cost.
