Phase 3 for Summerfield by Century Communities is now selling in Soledad
Phase 3 at Summerfield is now underway and the first homes have been released for sale. The sales office has reopened and three newly revamped model homes are open for tour. Located in Soledad, Summerfield features an inviting collection of single-family homes designed by Century Communities. Five single- and two-story plans range from 1,568 square feet to 2,791 square feet with up to seven bedrooms. Summerfield is close to great schools, parks, shopping and easy freeway access.
