Ellison Park grand opening this Saturday
The New Home Company announced June 12 the opening of Ellison Park, a collection of 114 modern townhomes located in Milpitas, in the heart of Silicon Valley. A grand opening and debut of model homes will take place this Saturday, June 16, 2018, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Designed by JZMK Architects, Ellison Park offers a variety of floor plans featuring 1,887 square feet to 2,688 square feet with three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and up to two half bathrooms and rooftop decks on select floor plans. The townhomes are priced from the low $1 million range.
Ellison Park is centrally located near all major high-tech employment centers in the region and its residents will benefit from superior connectivity including two major freeways, light rail and the new city BART Station within walking distance. The community includes several walkways and is located directly across the street from the newly planned Milpitas city park and elementary school.
