East Garrison Phase 3 sales to start in Monterey County
Phase 3 sales start July 14 at East Garrison, a premier master-planned community in Monterey County. New homes in four collections that have been previously sold out — Grove, Monarch, Artisan and Vantage — will be released for sale. Many other developments are underway at East Garrison as well. A new community fire station was unveiled in early June. Sales Center West has recently opened at 13213 Thomas Lane, serving the Liberty, Artisan and Vantage collections. The main Sales Center at 13130 Chamberlain Avenue serves the Grove, Monarch and Heritage collections. Both sales centers are open Monday from noon to 6 p.m. and Tuesday through Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
