The Peninsula turns into an art gallery this weekend, with top artists from around California joining the Clay & Glass Festival for its 26th annual appearance.

The members of the Associatio­n of Clay and Glass Artists of California will demonstrat­e glass-blowing techniques and ikebana flower arranging, hold hands-on pottery-making sessions and offer special Clay for Kids workshops.

Not far away, the 39th annual Los Altos Arts & Wine Festival will feature fine art, concerts, plus food, brews and wine.
