‘Dancing with the Stars’ reveals cast
Break out the sequins and spray-on tans. The Season 27 cast for “Dancing with the Stars” is set. ABC on Wednesday announced the latest batch of celebrities during “Good Morning America.”
As the cast gathered on “GMA,” “Dancing” host Tom Bergeron asked comedian Nikki Glaser, known from her Comedy Central roasts, if she’ll take shots at any of her castmates or judges.
“The judges, my fate lies in their hands. But Tom, I can say a thing about: You’re like Dustin Hoffman but, like, a Men’s Wearhouse version,” Glaser said. “You’re like a Dustin Offman.”
“It’s a long season, and I’ve got a long memory,” Bergeron faux-growled, as “GMA’s” George Stephanopoulos and Michael Strahan cracked up next to him.
The cast includes an “American Idol” mentor, the show’s first-ever blind contestant, an alumna from Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, a Duke of Hazzard, an Olympic gold medal-winning gymnast and a Bachelor Nation favorite, among others.

• Milo Manheim (Disney Channel star, son of Camryn Manheim) paired with Witney Carson.
• Nancy McKeon (“The Facts of Life” star) paired with Valentin Chmerkovskiy
• Juan Pablo Di Pace (actor on Netflix’s “Fuller House”) paired with Cheryl Burke
• Alexis Ren (Instagram model) paired with Alan Bersten
• Mary Lou Retton (Olympic gymnastics gold medalist) paired with Sasha Farber
• John Schneider (actor, “The Dukes of Hazzard,” “Smallville”) paired with Emma Slater
• Tinashe (singer, actress) paired with Brandon Armstrong
• Danelle Umstead (visually impaired Paralympic Games alpine skier) paired with Artem Chigvintsev
• DeMarcus Ware (former NFL linebacker, 2016 Super Bowl champion with the Denver Broncos) paired with Lindsay Arnold.
At 17, Manheim is the youngest celebrity competing this season. Schneider, 58, is the oldest. Season 27 kicks off at 8 p.m. Sept. 24 on ABC.
