Anthem United has opened the neighborhood sales center and is releasing the first homes for sale at Turnleaf at The Collective, a neighborhood of 84 single-story homes for buyers age 55 or better in Manteca. The new neighborhood is scheduled for a grand opening on Aug. 24.
