First homes released at 55-plus Manteca community

Anthem United has opened the neighborho­od sales center and is releasing the first homes for sale at Turnleaf at The Collective, a neighborho­od of 84 single-story homes for buyers age 55 or better in Manteca. The new neighborho­od is scheduled for a grand opening on Aug. 24.

The homes at Turnleaf are built in Contempora­ry Farmhouse, Napa Valley Classic and Bay Area Bungalow styles on larger homesites.

The 2,146-squarefoot Plan One features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, an optional retreat and flex space for an optional den, office or third bedroom. The home includes a culinary island in the kitchen and an oversize laundry room that includes a bench seat and hobby center. It is preopening priced from $497,500.

The 2,354-squarefoot Plan Two features two bedrooms, twoand-a-half bathrooms, a formal dining room adjoining the island kitchen and flex space for an optional retreat adjacent to the owner’s suite. The second bedroom in the plan is a suite with its own linen closet, walk-in closet and bathroom. The home is preopening priced from $520,500.

With three bedrooms and two-and-ahalf bathrooms, the 2,507-square-foot Plan Three is the largest home at Turnleaf. The home features a great room that looks out to a covered patio and adjoins the island kitchen, an optional retreat connected to the owner’s suite and flex space for an optional dining room. The home is preopening priced from $545,500.
