Rock & Roll Hall of Famers The Who and master songwriter John Prine highlight the week in music in the Bay Area. Here are some of your best bets. The Who: It’s easy to read into the title of The Who’s current Moving On! Tour and think that it could be the last major road show for the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame act. So, make plans to see Roger Daltrey, Pete Townshend and company Wednesday night at Chase Center in San Francisco. John Prine: This incredible wordsmith, who ranks as one of the best songwriter­s of the past 50years, has two upcoming dates in Northern California: tonight at at the Fox Theater in Oakland and Friday at the Mondavi Center in Davis. UFO: The amazing U.K. hard rock act brings its Last Orders 50th anniversar­y tour — which, in all likelihood, will be the band’s final trek — to the Great American Music Hall in San Francisco on Wednesday.
