Week’s concerts: The Who, John Prine
Rock & Roll Hall of Famers The Who and master songwriter John Prine highlight the week in music in the Bay Area. Here are some of your best bets. The Who: It’s easy to read into the title of The Who’s current Moving On! Tour and think that it could be the last major road show for the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame act.
