Will Rihanna wear ‘dream wedding dress’ to marry Saudi friend?

Rihanna is on the cover of Vogue’s November issue, talking in the magazine about fashion, turning down the chance to perform at the Super Bowl to support Colin Kaepernick and if and when she’ll release new music.

“Pending,” Rihanna teased in response to the question about new music, before admitting that she was hiding out from the Rihanna Navy, the name for her fan base.

In the interview, the Grammy-winning singer and fashion mogul also sheepishly acknowledged that she is in a relationship, but she wouldn’t name names. The Vogue writer named the name: Saudi billionaire businessman Hassan Jameel. “Yeah, I’m dating,” Rihanna said. “I’m actually in an exclusive relationship for quite some time, and it’s going really well, so I’m happy.”

That’s as far as Rihanna, 31, would go in talking about about Jameel in that interview. But in an accompanying video chat with Vogue editor in chief Anna Wintour, she agreed to offer up some details about her “dream wedding dress.”

Rihanna said she would “of course” seek design help from John Galliano. “It would probably be a collaboration between myself and Galliano,” she said. Galliano designed the singer’s extravagant outfit for the 2018 Met Gala.

Does that mean she has been thinking about getting married in the near future? Who knows?

But Rihanna told Wintour she would like to have “a baby soon.” Rihanna giggled, then said, “God’s plan. I look forward to all the pregnancy rumors after this interview.” She also can look forward to more rumors and speculation about Jameel, who was spotted with Rihanna and her mother at a Santa Monica restaurant the night before her Vogue interview.

She and the handsome Saudi heir were first linked in June 2017 when the two were photographed kissing and cuddling in a pool in Spain. Jameel is the same age as Rihanna but is much, much richer. He is heir to his family’s Abdul Latin Jameel company, which holds the distribution rights for Toyota cars in Saudi Arabia.
