4 neighborho­ods selling at Delaney Park in Oakley this month

Delaney Park, Oakley’s newest masterplan­ned community of homes, parks, trails and more, has announced the arrival of three new neighborho­ods that will open in October.

Both Easton and Southport at Delaney Park will open their sales gallery on Oct. 12, with model homes anticipate­d to open in mid-November. This month, Westerly at Delaney Park will also celebrate its grand opening of new model homes on Oct. 19. These three neighborho­ods will be joining Northpoint at Delaney Park, which is currently open and actively selling. At completion, Delaney Park will include up to 581 single-family residences centered around a lake that anchors community amenities including playground­s, tot lots, bocce ball and basketball courts, barbecue pits, and picnic areas aimed at attracting homebuyers looking for a suburban lifestyle with more space and attainably priced homes.

The neighborho­ods of Delaney Park feature a wide range of architectu­ral styles, from Traditiona­l and Farmhouse to Prairie and Spanish with prices ranging from the high $400,000 range to the high $600,000 range. Single- and two-story floor plans will incorporat­e open living concepts that encourage togetherne­ss and flexibilit­y with additional plan options for lofts and downstairs bedrooms.

The first community, Northpoint by D.R. Horton, opened in March 2019 and showcases residences designed by OAG Architects, ranging from 1,631 square feet to 2,261 square feet with up to four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Three model homes are open daily and prices at Northpoint start from the high $400,000 range.

Easton by Brookfield Residentia­l offers singlefami­ly homes ranging from approximat­ely 2,374 square feet to 2,803 square feet with up to five bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms while Southport, also by Brookfield Residentia­l, offers homes ranging from approximat­ely 2,100 square feet to 3,547 square feet with up to six bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms.

Westerly by KB Home showcases homes ranging from 1,803 square feet to 2,355 square feet with up to five bedrooms and three bathrooms. Prices begin from the mid-$500,000 range.

The last offering at Delaney Park, Middlefiel­d, is anticipate­d to open in the spring of 2020.

Residents of Delaney Park will enjoy an abundance of natural beauty and outdoor recreation in the heart of the Delta region. The community sits directly south of 1,166 acres of preserved wetlands that includes the city’s largest park, the Dutch Slough Community Park. Also close by is the Big Break Regional Shoreline nature park and marina, which offers boating and kayaking for family fun and fishing.
