“We are rocking it!” Linda Schwartz, director of sales and marketing for Tim Lewis Communities, proclaimed with enthusiasm as she reported the latest update of construction for the iconic models being built at Sutter Park in East Sacramento. Park is being built on the former grounds of Sutter Hospital where more than 350,000 babies were born during the 80 years it serviced this neighborhood before its relocation.
