Get your own Cybertruck

Tesla recently revealed its first-ever electric pickup to great fanfare, and some embarrassment when CEO Elon Musk damaged the oddly shaped vehicle’s supposedly shatterproof side glass. Mattel’s Hot Wheels division hasn’t wasted any time capitalizing on the interest in this vehicle by introducing two distinct versions of the Tesla Cybertruck. One is a 1:10-scale radio-controlled version with functioning headlights and taillights and two drive modes ( just like the real thing). The kicker? A cracked-window sticker is included with your $400 purchase. Note that this item is sold out, but you can add your name to the waiting list. Also available is a 1:64-scale Cybertruck — also remote controlled — that sells for $20. Visit www.mattelcreations. com.

Take your tools to go

A big and cumbersome tool chest impedes your ability to work away from the shop, which is where the Beta C41H Tool Trolley comes in. The steel-andplastic rolling unit weighs 54 pounds and stands 36 inches tall by 21 inches wide by 10 inches deep. The top portion detaches from the base for use as a hand-carried box while the lower cabinet’s three lockable slide-out compartments can store a variety of tool shapes and sizes. There are also bungee cords for attaching and transporting larger items. The telescoping handles fold out of the way when the trolley is not being wheeled around. Purchase for $700 from www.pegasusautoracing.com with full product details available at www. betatools.com.

Get in the (parking) zone

People who struggle with depth perception or drive larger vehicles can experience problems parking in their garages. The Park Zone PZ 1600 Precision Parking Aid can help you consistently position your car exactly where it needs to be, every time. The two-part unit uses two AA batteries and consists of a sensor and an indicator with green, orange and red lights. Both parts attach to your garage wall. Once calibrated, the indicator remains green until you’re about eight feet from your desired spot, at which point the orange light turns on. Once the vehicle is in the correct position, the red light comes on. Order one for around $35 from www.amazon.com.
