Bay Area churches offering Good Friday services online
Here’s how you can worship while sheltering at home
Millions of people typically head to church on Good Friday.
Yet for many, that won’t be possible this year as the COVID-19 pandemic has made it necessary to limit large gatherings around the Bay Area and much of the rest of the world.
So, instead of people going to church this Friday, the church will be coming to them, in the form of online services and such.
Here’s a partial list of Bay Area churches that are live-streaming Good Friday services this week. Don’t see your church listed? We recommend contacting your local place of worship to see what it is doing for Good Friday as well as for Easter Sunday and the rest of Holy Week.
And if you’re part of a Bay Area church that would like to get its online Good Friday services included in our online roundup, please email jharrington@bayareanewsgroup.com.
