Supple Homes

-

For close to two decades, Sean Supple has been building families’ dreams into reality. Of course, the custom home industry wasn’t where he expected to find himself after earning his J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law. Sean jokes that he only had the stomach for law for about a year-and-a-half. He then spent time in real estate before letting a friend and a personality assessment convince him to find a niche as an artisan. The physicality of hammer and nails appealed to him, as did tailoring his service to Silicon Valley property owners interested in building custom, new homes or rebuilding entire houses. “We focus on new, custom homes and rebuilds from Palo Alto through the valley,” says Sean. “To do this here, you need a sophisticated approach,” he adds, noting the importance of navigating each municipality’s distinct regulations before and during construction. Supple Homes employs an office staff and teams of laborers, carpenters and project managers while enjoying long-term relationships with subcontractors in construction and design trades. Elemental to success are the three core values of Supple Homes. “We always maintain a hunger to evolve and learn; we always enjoy the process, making it fun for clients and sticking to timelines; and we never have a hidden agenda,” he says. “We’re honest and transparent with a mission of ‘Building a Better Place to Live.’” 2087 Avy Ave., Menlo Park https://www.supplehomesinc.com 650-380-9352
