COVID-19 effort inadequate on all fronts
The COVID-19 pandemic is spreading and mutating. Thousands of planes are flying. People are gathering in groups, and there is essentially no enforcement and no uniform rules.
The vaccines are now approved, but we have yet to vaccinate almost anyone, and the plans to do so are a disaster as is the communication about what to do. Lines (dangerous ones) are everywhere. Our hospital and front-line workers are overwhelmed.
When, pray tell, are uniform, thought-out disaster response methods going to be deployed? It is simply imagination that this will just go away. I am exhausted from the lack of leadership and common sense. We either plan and act, or allow this terrible disease to win.
