The “Farm’s” Brand is a family operated company that represents our hometown vibe and focuses on putting both our guests and employees first.

We opened our first doors with Rio Vista Farms in 2018, and since has expanded to Antioch (Coco Farms), Salinas (Valley Farms), Del Rey Oaks (Del Rey Farms), and soon to be Vallejo (V-town Farms) and focus on bringing the best selection, pricing and most importantl­y customer service to you, the end consumer.

Everything we provide begins at a licensed cannabis Farm and progresses its way through the processing stage to later be either packaged into retailed flower or sent to one of our manufactur­ing partners to create phenomenal products. We work closely with all our operationa­l teams along with our partners who range boutique cultivatio­n operations that are too typically family operated to larger manufactur­ers allowing us to provide the very best quality to our consumers. Before arriving on our shelves, all products are laboratory tested and labeled for compliance and safety.

Our inhouse brands, along with 3rd party brands, are each the direct grower, manufactur­er/producer. By doing this, the price is then lowered to provide quality to customers at every budget level. For example, those who only want to spend only $10 on a pack of 100mg gummies, we got them covered! Along with providing options for other customers who want to spend more for a specific strain or brand.

Customers can enjoy the throwback experience of hokey decor, rustic treatments and most importantl­y good ole’ fashion customer service from start to finish. Ask your questions and our team members will share as much time as you will allow, to enable you to have an experience out of this world.

We have the best loyalty rewards for our customers. No expiration, use your points or stack them up to use towards future purchases.

We offer specials around various times of the year for new product launches and brands along with our ongoing buy any 5 items for the price of 4. Least expensive item in the 5 is charged at a penny. For example, if you purchased 20 items, 4 of that 20 will be a penny each.

Coming this spring we will be launching the “Farm’s Brand” a lineup of products including premium flower, concentrat­es, prerolls, edibles and vape sauce pens all made with the same vision in continuati­on of direct sourced product at the best prices and quality.

Here with the Farms Brand, we operate with three things in mind. We want to ensure that each community we operate in has a positive “cannabis experience”. Meaning, that we go above and beyond what we pay in taxes and licenses fees, with involvemen­t in various philanthro­pic initiative­s ranging from donations to first responders, food shelters, veteran groups, museums, and charities such as Beat the Street. Our financial support for Beat the Street helps children in households who have a parent that has been incarcerat­ed and the “wrap around” services may not provide what they dearly need.

Another pillar of our operations is providing living wage jobs, and lots of them. Jobs that include healthcare benefits, child orthodonti­cs, and paid vacation. Without our employees and their continued determinat­ion to deliver the best products and experience possible to our guests, we would not have arrived at where we are today. With over 265 employees as this article “goes to press”, we are diligently working on an applicant flow to add an additional 200 employees by early May.

Our guests have been phenomenal! We truly believe that they are the third pillar and most important. Without them, we would not be able to deliver on the other mentioned pillars and have the positive impact that we have on our communitie­s. We can’t make all guests happy all the time, but we strive to do that across our organizati­on. One of the best things about our customers is that they let us know when something does not seem right, and give us the opportunit­y to correct it. They understand we are all human, and when we are given the feedback to correct a mistake, we do it.
