California PreCut Homes provides a quality panelized package, consisting of pre-built 2x4 or 2x6 Douglas fir exterior walls with 3/8” or 1/2” OSB/CCX shear plywood already nailed off, a Milgard Tuscany vinyl double pane with Low-E window already installed with flashing, all the interior walls pre-built, roof system trusses or rafters, some exterior siding and trim, and all the necessary lumber to frame up your house from one company.
California Pre-Cut Homes can also help provide clients with construction plans for a permit. The company has designs to choose from or clients can create their own design. Clients can also utilize their own building plans that may have been created with someone else.
The panelized building system is very flexible and can work with many different designs. The system can be used with a new home, an ADU/granny unit, a detached garage of any size, townhome or apartment building, vacation property, cabin chalet, some additions, and some barns.
The foundation can be a slab or raised wood floor. The building site can be flat, sloped or on a hillside. All these items are controlled by the client in the local market. That gives the client the option to install standard or highend finishing items. When done, the building will be a traditional custom-built project built to local building codes.
