DON’T MISS >> “CSI: Vegas” — Apparently, what happens in Vegas sometimes happens again. This sequel to the crime sensation reunites viewers with old pals Gil Grissom (William Petersen) and Sara Sidle (Jorja Fox), who return to action after an attack on retired LVPD captain Jim Brass (Paul Guilfoyle) kicks off a twisted conspiracy targeting their old workplace. It’s a threat that could bring down the entire Sin City crime lab and release thousands of convicted killers back onto the streets. Gil and Sara join forces with Maxine Roby (Paula Newsome), who leads a new team of investigat­ors. (10 p.m. Wednesday, CBS).

MONDAY >> As the fourth and final season of the coming-of-age comedy “On My Block” begins, we jump ahead two years and discover that our group of young friends have gone their separate ways. But when a secret is unburied, it becomes apparent that they can’t run from the past. (Netflix).

TUESDAY >> “American Masters — Rita Moreno: Just a Girl Who Decided to Go For It” is a new documentar­y that delves into the storied 70-year show biz career of its vivacious subject. The film, which premiered at the Sundance Film Festival earlier this year, examines how Moreno defied both her humble upbringing and relentless racism to become one of a select group of Emmy, Grammy, Oscar and Tony award winners. (9 p.m., PBS).

WEDNESDAY >> Someone out there figured TV needed yet another baking show. Ah, but how to make it different? Behold “Baking Impossible,” a competitio­n that pairs bakers with engineers to create sweet concoction­s that not only taste great, but can survive intense stress tests. (Netflix).

THURSDAY >> On the Season 5 premiere of “Young Sheldon,” our title character and his sister Missy both run away from home and Mary gets upsetting news about George Sr. (8 p.m., CBS).

THURSDAY >> “Ghosts” is a new series that tries to scare up some laughs with a storyline about a young couple (Rose McIver, Utkarsh Ambudkar) who turn a rundown country estate into a B&B — only to find out it’s haunted by a bunch of kooky apparition­s. (9 p.m., CBS).

FRIDAY >> Madonna, whose “Truth or Dare” documentar­y caused quite a stir in the early ’90s, returns with “Madame X.” Shot in Lisbon, Portugal, it’s a film that goes inside the pop star’s 2019-20 concert tour, where she performs new music and past hits as her secret agent persona. (Paramount +).

FRIDAY >> The Muppets’ first Halloween special — “Muppets Haunted Mansion” — is full of spooky family fun as Gonzo is challenged to spend one night in a house of horrors. Included: Plenty of celebrity cameos. (Disney+).

SATURDAY >> “Saturday Night Live,” which kicked off its 47th season last week, welcomes Kim Kardashian West, making her first appearance as host. Tonight’s musical guest is Halsey. (11:30 p.m., NBC).
