Robson Homes debuts new floor plan at Oak Tree Circle in Campbell

-

Robson Homes, a local builder known for their beautiful, wellappointed homes, just debuted a new floor plan at Oak Tree Circle, their neighborhood of 25 single-family homes in Campbell. The fourbedroom plan, called The Violet, is priced in the $2.6 millions.

“This is our least expensive home at Oak Tree due to square footage,” comments Charles Baldwin, director of sales and marketing, “but I won’t be surprised if it’s one of our most popular. It is just so functional and flexible.”

The Violet is designed in the long tradition of two-story single-family homes, with a bonus third story of flexible-use space. At the front door, guests are greeted with a beautiful view through the great room and dining room to the kitchen with a large eat-in island. On the first floor, there’s also a wonderful mudroom and powder room that lead to the two-car attached garage.

The owner’s suite and two secondary bedrooms,

each with their own walk-in closet, are located together on the second floor (the spacious laundry room with sink is conveniently located on the same level).

The bonus third story features an airy loft, a fourth bedroom and a full bathroom. This flexible-use space is perfect for a kid’s playroom, home office or guest

suite — the possibilities really are endless.

It is becoming increasingly rare in Silicon Valley to find new single-family homes. In fact, Oak Tree Circle is

the only new community with traditional-style homes in all of Campbell and Los Gatos. Including The Violet, five floor plans are being built, each with four bedrooms

and three-and-a-half or four bathrooms. The largest plan, The Rose, also features a one-bedroom accessory dwelling
