Henry finds new NFL home in Baltimore

Four-time Pro Bowl running back Derrick Henry has agreed to a two-year deal with the Baltimore Ravens, a person with knowledge of the contract told The Associated Press.

Henry's jump from the Tennessee Titans, where he spent his first eight seasons, was among the biggest moves on the eve of the league's new year, which officially begins today.

Henry's deal is worth up to $20 million. The twotime NFL rushing champ led the NFL in 2023 with 280 rushing attempts and ranked second to Christian McCaffrey with 1,167 yards rushing. His 12 rushing TDs were fourth in the AFC.

• The Minnesota Vikings are adding running back Aaron Jones, who was released by the Green Bay Packers after they landed 2022 All-Pro Josh Jacobs. Jones gets a one-year, $7 million contract.

• The Houston Texans are acquiring running back Joe Mixon from the Cincinnati Bengals. Mixon will replace Devin Singletary, who has agreed to a deal with the New York Giants.

Mixon, the Oakley native, led the Bengals last season with 1,034 yards rushing and nine touchdowns. Cincinnati planned to release him after agreeing on a contract with running back Zack Moss.

The Texans also agreed with four-time Pro Bowl edge rusher Danielle Hunter on a $49 million, two-year contract.

• Deshaun Watson has a new backup in Cleveland.

The Browns agreed to a one-year deal with quarterbac­k Jameis Winston that's worth up to $8.7 million.

Winston spent the past four seasons as a spot starter in New Orleans, going 6-4. That followed five seasons in Tampa Bay, where the Buccaneers made him the No. 1 overall draft pick in 2015.

• The Washington Commanders agreed with quarterbac­k Marcus Mariota on a one-year contract.

Mariota, 30, has appeared in 90 and started 74 NFL games for four teams since being taken by Tennessee with the second pick in the 2015 draft out of Oregon. He served as Jalen Hurts' backup in Philadelph­ia last season

• The Eagles and wide receiver DeVante Parker have agreed on a one-year deal.

• The Atlanta Falcons and wide receiver Darnell Mooney agreed on a threeyear, $39 million contract.
