Leland F. Watts, 78, of Boyertown

Leland “Bucky” F. Watts, 78, of Boyertown, husband of Nancy (Chrisman), passed away Tuesday, Oct. 6, 2015 at home surrounded by family.

Born in Columbia County, Pa, he was the son of the late MelroyWatts and the late Fay (Young) Watts. Leland was a shipping supervisor for Allied Printing inManchester, CT for 22 years. He was also a very well-known greeter atWalmart in Pottstown, PA.

Buckywasamember of theMasonic Uriel Lodge in Connecticut and a volunteer firefighter in bothManchester, CT and Bloomsburg, PA. He also loved to hunt, work on cars, and could fix anything he could get his hands on.

In addition to his wife of 59 years, he is survived by two sons, James “Jim” Watts of Boyertown and Steven Watts of Ellington, CT; one daughter, SheriMatthewson, wife of Kurt of Griswold, CT; four grandchildren, James, Leland, Allen and Christina; five great-grandchildren; one sister, Marlene, and one brother, Donald.

Bucky is predeceased by a son, Robert, and brothers and sisters, Dehaven, Russell, Doris, Betty and Horace.

Family and friends are invited to attend the memorial service on Friday, October 9, 2015 at 3 p.m. atMorrell Funeral Home, Inc., 124 W. Philadelphia Ave., Boyertown. Relatives and Friends will be received from2-3 p.m. Therewill be no viewing.
