Geraldine V. Ingram, 73, of Pottstown

Geraldine V. (Henry) Ingram, 73, of Pottstown, PA, wife of David E. Ingram, died Wednesday, Feb. 10, 2016 at her home.

Born in Birdsboro, PA, she was a daughter of the late George and Elizabeth Henry. Mrs. Ingram was employed as a teller with the former Stanley G. Flagg Credit Union. She was the Vice President of the Pottstown Chapter AARP until she became ill.

She was treasurer of the Lutheran Church Women of St. Peter’s Lutheran Church, Pottstown. Geraldine loved to go to the Casino’s and play the slot machines.

Surviving in addition to her husband is one son, Brian D. Ingram, Pottstown; one brother, George Henry and his wife Mellanie, Birdsboro; two sisters, Beverly, wife of Butch Wickizer, Flying Hills and Joanne, wife of William Manwiler, Birdsboro. She was predeceased by one sister, Georganne Swavely.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. on Monday February 15, 2016 from St. Peter’s Lutheran Church, 564 Glasgow St., Pottstown. Officiating will be Reverend John Smolik. Burial will be held at 2:00 p.m. at Pottstown Cemetery - West, 331 N. Hanover St. Pottstown. There will be a viewing from 10:00 until 11:00 a.m. on Monday at the church.
